Airsoft, finally gathered in one place

The games, the fields and the clubs of the whole community — on a map, up to date, and open for sign-ups. Without replacing anything you already use.

What is coming up

The next games published on the platform.

No upcoming game right now. Which makes it a good moment to publish yours.

Publish a game

You play

Stop hunting, start playing

A game announced in a Facebook group, a price buried in a comment, an address sent by private message: working out where to play this weekend takes more effort than it should. Here is what it becomes here.

A map, not a treasure hunt

Upcoming games appear on a map and in a list sorted by distance. You see at a glance what is on around you, the date, the price and the seats left.

Sign up in a few clicks

No more "I'm in" comment lost in a thread. You sign up, you are on the list. If the game is full, the waiting list takes you automatically and you are told the moment a seat frees up.

We tell you, so you stop watching

Pick a radius around you and get an email for every new game published inside it — or a single digest in the morning. You stop missing announcements because you were not in the right group at the right time.

You know what you are walking into

Every field has its own page: access, type of ground, rules, meeting points, expected gear. Enough to prepare for a field you have never played before.

The players, not only the games

A profile, an invitation code to hand out on the field, messaging to sort out car sharing, and a room per game to ask your questions before the day.

You organise

You already organise. We will take the paperwork.

Clubs, teams, associations, collectives: your job is the scenario and the field — not the sign-up spreadsheet or the "any seats left?" messages. Setting up takes about twenty minutes once; announcing a game takes two.

Sign-ups stop costing you anything

A list kept up to date, a waiting list that fills and empties by itself, notifications sent without you thinking about it. No more forms to collect, no more spreadsheet, no more chasing by hand.

You keep your website and your Facebook page

Nothing to move. Frames you paste into your own pages show your sign-ups and open registration live, on your side. Your identity stays yours; we only take away the repetitive machinery.

The field is described once

Address, access, rules, meeting points: entered once, reused by every game you run. All that is left to fill in is what changes — the date, the scenario, the seats, the prices.

Visible beyond the people who already know you

Your games join the directory and the map, and players subscribed to alerts in your area hear about them. Your public page becomes the address to share, with a share image generated for you.

As a team, with the right permissions

Invite the committee: everyone keeps their own account, and you decide who may publish a game or handle sign-ups. You stop being the only way through — and the only one able to fix a date on a Friday night.

On the day, even with no signal

Checking players in is done by QR code, and keeps working when the field has no network: everything syncs once you are back in civilisation.

The first clubs to join keep a head start

They wear the "Reco" badge: a lasting mark and a lift in the directory, for those who brought the platform to life before anyone else.

Mobile app

The field does not always have signal. The app does.

AirsoftPulse also comes as an Android app. It carries over what you already do on the site, and adds what a browser cannot do.

Chat in your pocket

The same conversations as on the site, with notifications that arrive even when the app is closed. No more keeping a tab open to know somebody wrote to you.

QR code check-in

On arrival at the event, organisers scan the players' QR codes. Everyone shows theirs from the app; checking someone in takes a second.

It works with no signal

The player list is loaded ahead of time and check-in keeps working deep in the woods. Everything syncs once the signal is back.

How it fits together

Three pieces, and nothing else to understand: the organisation (the "who"), the field (the "where") and the game (the "when"), which ties the two together. One organisation can run several fields, and one field can host several organisations.

The event links the "who" (the organization) to the "where" (the field).

No, we do not want to replace your tools

It is the question that comes up most. Your website carries your identity, your history, your photos; your Facebook group carries your habits. A directory is not a club website, and a club website is not a directory.

The airsoft ecosystem is already full of initiatives doing excellent work. The point is not to take their place: it is to gather the information in one spot and point back to what exists.

Who is behind the project?

What it costs you

Nothing

Publishing an organisation, a field, games and opening sign-ups is free. There is no paid tier waiting around the corner.

No advertising

No banner, no advertising tracker, no data resold. Analytics is open-source software hosted on the same server, with no cookie.

Nothing irreversible

An event stays a draft until you publish it, everything can be edited afterwards, and deleting your account is a two-click request.

Where do we start?

Whether you came looking for a game on Saturday or you finally want to stop keeping your sign-ups in a spreadsheet, it starts in the same place.
