Purpose

These terms define how AirsoftPulse, a community platform dedicated to airsoft, may be accessed and used, as well as everyone's rights and obligations. They complement the site's legal notice and privacy policy.

The service

AirsoftPulse is a community directory that lists and centralizes airsoft games, fields, organizations and players, and makes it easier to register for games. The site is meant to gather information and point back to existing initiatives, without replacing them. AirsoftPulse does not organize the games and does not operate the listed fields.

User account

Browsing the site is free and open. Some features require creating an account.

• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is recommended.
• You must be at least 15 to create an account. Below that age, the consent of a holder of parental authority is required.
• Your account is personal: you must not impersonate someone else's, lend it or transfer it.

User content

You remain responsible for the content you publish (organization or field pages, games, profile, texts, images…). You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to this content and that it does not infringe any third-party right or the law.

By publishing content, you allow AirsoftPulse to host and display it on the site as part of the service. You can edit or delete your content at any time.

Rules of use

When using the site, you agree in particular not to:

• publish illegal, misleading, defamatory, hateful content or content infringing the rights of others;
• impersonate a third party or create fake listings;
• send spam, unsolicited solicitation or repetitive content;
• harm the operation or security of the site, or attempt to access it without authorization;
• extract or reuse the site's data on a large scale without authorization.

Role of the platform and liability

AirsoftPulse acts as a directory and a technical intermediary. The site does not organize the games, does not operate the fields and is not a party to the relationships between players, organizations and field owners.

Taking part in airsoft games is done under the sole responsibility of the organizers and players, at their own risk, in compliance with the rules of each field and applicable regulations (safety, age, replica power…). AirsoftPulse cannot be held liable for how the games unfold or for any resulting damage.

The published information comes from users; AirsoftPulse does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or availability.

External links

The site links to external resources (sites, apps, social networks…) over which AirsoftPulse has no control. Their access and content are the sole responsibility of their publishers.

Intellectual property

The site, its structure and its original elements are protected by intellectual property law. Content published by users remains their property.

Availability and changes to the service

AirsoftPulse strives to keep the site available but cannot guarantee continuous availability (maintenance, incident, changes…). The service may evolve, be modified or interrupted, in whole or in part, without notice.

Suspension and termination

In the event of a breach of these terms, the publisher may suspend or delete an account or content, where appropriate without notice. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting the publisher.

Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to regulations. The last updated date appears at the top of this page; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the version in force.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
