I already have a website

Good. AirsoftPulse is not here to replace it: it is here to take the tedious part off it — registrations — and to make your games visible beyond the people who already know your address.

Your site stays yours
Registrations off your plate

No, we do not want to replace your site

It is the question we get most often: your site carries your identity, your history, your photos. None of that is meant to move. A directory is not a club's website, and a club's website is not a directory.

What we do well is the repetitive machinery: keeping a list of players up to date, running a waiting list, telling people when a seat frees up, avoiding duplicates. That work makes your site neither prettier nor more personal — only heavier to maintain.

Frames to paste on your own pages

A frame is a small block you paste into a page of your site. It shows your game's data and updates itself live: nothing to copy over, nothing to republish when somebody registers or drops out. You pick the background colour and the language.

How to get the code

Who can do it

The code is offered only to the people who run the event. Specifically:

  • the owner of the organization running the game;
  • the administrators of that organization, and of any co-organizing one;
  • the members it has entrusted with managing events;
  • and AirsoftPulse administrators.

In three clicks

  1. Open your game's public page, then the "Embed" button, next to "Share".
  2. Pick the frame, the language and the background colour; the preview beside it is the real frame, not a mock-up.
  3. Copy the code and paste it into your page, wherever you want it to appear.

And if you want, you stop handling registrations

With the registration frame, a player registers from your site. They are added to your list here, the waiting list fills and empties on its own, and notifications go out without you thinking about it. No more form to collect, no more spreadsheet to keep, no more "is there still room?" messages.

And if you would rather keep your registrations as they are, take the list frame only: it shows what is happening without changing anything about how you work.
